Please note that all of the orders are shipped out of Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please send us an email notifying us of your itention to return the order. Upon receiving the product in acceptable condition we will refund your money in full minus shipping, handling and customs costs.

If your order has been damaged you must let us know immediately by emailing your full name, a description of the item and a detailed description of the damage to swordquest@sworddepot.com. You should also contact the shipping company that delivered the package to inform them that the shipment was damaged and they will be able to start the damage claim process.

As soon as you receive a tracking number from the shipping company email us the tracking number and upon confirmation that the damaged order has been received by the shipping company we will promptly ship you a new order - there will be no cost to you.
