SWORDDEPOT.COM, and TREASURED MEMORIES HOME DECOR AND GIFTS INC. and their employees assume no responsibility for injury, damage or loss incurred by use or misuse in any way of any merchandise sold on this site or in our catalogues.

It is the complete responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and statutes. When you complete a purchase with SWORDDEPOT.COM you confirm that you are of full legal age and ability to make this said purchase.

SWORDDEPOT.COM makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the content and information found herein. The user expressly agrees to use this site at his/her own risk.

Purchase of merchandise from SWORDDEPOT.COM implies agreement to all of the above statements. When completing a purchase the purchaser is affirming agreement to the within stated conditions and affirms competency to make such a decision.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada with regard to any dispute that may arise between you and SWORDDEPOT.COM or TREASURED MEMORIES HOME DECOR AND GIFTS INC.

All items purchased from SWORDDEPOT.COM are made pursuant to a shipping contract and therefore the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SWORDDEPOT.COM makes every attempt to be as accurate and precise as possible with all product descriptions and site contents, however SWORDDEPOT.COM does not make any warranties or guarantees with respect to these descriptions or content. If a product purchased from SWORDDEPOT.COM is not as it has been described on our site your only remedy is to return it to SWORDDEPOT.COM in unused condition.

All purchases and email correspondence with SWORDDEPOT.COM are considered electronic communication. You agree that all such communications shall satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

All content, software and related compilations included on this site are the property of SWORDDEPOT.COM or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

SWORDDEPOT PRIVACY POLICY

When you make purchases from SwordDepot.com you entrust us with some personal and financial information. We know your privacy is important and we are committed to maintaining your right to privacy. We have established policies and procedures regarding the way we treat your personal information.

When you complete an order online you provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. We maintain only the necessary information in our client records and only for as long as needed to ensure your order is processed properly. The personal information you provide to us is maintained in secure data storage, protected from any unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

We will use the information you provide to us in a few ways. Firstly, we use your information to process your order. Your credit card information is shared only with our banking institution to complete the payment for the order. All data transferred between you and Sworddepot.com is encrypted using the industries highest encryption standards. Sworddepot.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to secure data accessed through the internet. This will protect your information during transmission.

Secondly, we may use your email address from time to time to send you out information about upcoming specials or promotions that we may be having on our site.

We do not transfer, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent except as required to process your order and as may be requested from authorized government organizations.

Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that all returns and cancellations of your order after it has been submitted will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please send us an email notifying us of your itention to return the order. Upon receiving the product in acceptable condition we will refund your money in full minus shipping, handling, re-stocking fee and customs costs.

If your order has been damaged you must let us know immediately by emailing your full name, a description of the item and a detailed description of the damage to swordquest@sworddepot.com. You should also contact the shipping company that delivered the package to inform them that the shipment was damaged and they will be able to start the damage claim process.

As soon as you receive a tracking number from the shipping company email us the tracking number and upon confirmation that the damaged order has been received by the shipping company we will promptly ship you a new order - there will be no cost to you.

Rules for Sworddepot Contests

2. When entering the draw you agree to allow your name and email address to be added to the Sworddepot.com subscriber list. Members of the subscriber list will receive a newsletter by email approximately once every month. Sworddepot.com does not share or sell our members lists.

3. Winners will be notified by email immediately upon winning any of our free draws. Sworddepot.com will ask that you respond as soon as possible to claim your prize. If there is any information missing (for example your full mailing address) you will need to provide that to us by return email.

4. If a winner fails to respond within two weeks of being notified of their win Sworddepot.com will revoke that win and award the prize to another draw entrant. Please make sure you provide a valid email address that you use regularly so that you don't forfeit your prize should you win!

5. All winners agree to allow Sworddepot.com to announce their winning status by using their first name, last initial and city/prov/state in Sworddepot.com promotional material. The winners names will be announced in the Sworddepot.com monthly email newsletter that is sent out to all subscribers to our mailing list.
